Compass Night of Stars (CNOS) is a prestigious celebration honoring the exceptional achievements of Compass Group associates and leaders. Compass Group will cover expenses for one invited associate only. This includes one round-trip airline ticket and one hotel room at the JW Marriott Orlando – Grande Lakes.

Please note that the three-day agenda is full and carefully designed as a group experience. Winners should be prepared to fully participate in all scheduled activities, without guests.

To ensure winners have the most rewarding and immersive experience, we do not encourage personal guests. All official CNOS activities including the welcome reception and Gala, are private celebrations reserved exclusively for invited associates.

Please call AMEX to book your flights for our event. Please follow specific instructions detailed HERE in order to book your flights for CNOS. All flights must be booked no later than September 19, 2025.

Sleeping rooms are already reserved on your behalf at JW Marriott Orlando — Grande Lakes for the nights of October 29 and October 30.

If you are interested in arriving to Orlando early or staying after the event, please note this within registration. Please note: We can not guarantee hotel room availability for stay dates beyond our program, and any additional dates of stay outside of October 29-31 will be billed to your expense. The room rate for extending your trip is $369/night.

Transportation will be provided from the Orlando airport to the JW Marriott — Orlando Grande Lakes on arrival day, October 29. Transportation will also be provided for any off-site events, including excursions and our awards gala. On Friday, October 31, airport shuttles will be provided from the hotel to the Orlando airport.
